Embarrassing. After almost a month and a half I’m basically right where I started. Also didn’t exercise for 2 weeks. Finally got back tonight and hope for a better week next week.

Nice to be moving in the right direction, and I did work out for 45 minutes tonight - but I hope the rate of losing picks up….Sitting and snacking while watching playoff football doesn’t help. But my Patriots are going back to the Super Bowl so I really have nothing to complain about this week.

The Face of a Man Who Just Did 45 Minutes on the...
This was taken at about 45:01. There was a woman and her son in the gym before me and they already had VH1 Soul on the television. I was listening to today’s Howard Stern show, so all I had were the visuals of some fantastic videos. This one is my new favorite. I still don’t know how the song goes, but this becomes an instant classic at the 2 minute mark.

Not A Great Weekend
Mozzarella sticks, couple steak tip salads, pizza with football, sub for lunch. Yeah, not a good weekend. Oh, and I didn’t hit the gym all weekend. The most exercise I did was go to Salisbury Beach with my wife and dog for a walk - so here is som proof of some physical movement… Not really looking forward to the weigh-in tonight…

First Weigh-In: 1 of 52
Well, I didn’t go work out tonight like I planned - but as promised here is the first of what I hope to be 52 weigh-ins. 248.5 lbs. Actually less than what I thought it was going to be. So it looks like my goal is going to be 198.5 lbs by the end of the year. That number scares the hell out of me. Not sure I’ve weighed that little since middle school. I’m not sure how perfect...
