Nice to be moving in the right direction, and I did work out for 45 minutes tonight - but I hope the rate of losing picks up….Sitting and snacking while watching playoff football doesn’t help.

But my Patriots are going back to the Super Bowl so I really have nothing to complain about this week.

This was taken at about 45:01. There was a woman and her son in the gym before me and they already had VH1 Soul on the television. I was listening to today’s Howard Stern show, so all I had were the visuals of some fantastic videos.

This one is my new favorite. I still don’t know how the song goes, but this becomes an instant classic at the 2 minute mark.

Weigh-In: 2 of 52

This is not trick photography, and this is not the same photo from last week. This is a photo I took just a few minutes ago. 

The bad news is, I didn’t LOSE anything. The good news is, even after the bad weekend I had, I didn’t GAIN anything. So, if I can just be that much better this week and weeked, I’m bound to lose something.

This past weekend I didn’t work out at all - but I was back in the gym tonight and will be tomorrow and Wednesday as well. Thursday night I’m playing virtual golf with my buds so there is no gym that night.

Friday night I’ll be back in the gym - Saturday, if I do get in it’s before the Patriots game. And Sunday, back to the gym.

Hopefully next week’s number is a little smaller.

Not A Great Weekend

Mozzarella sticks, couple steak tip salads, pizza with football, sub for lunch. Yeah, not a good weekend. Oh, and I didn’t hit the gym all weekend. The most exercise I did was go to Salisbury Beach with my wife and dog for a walk - so here is som proof of some physical movement…

Photographic Proof That I Worked Out Tonight

Where I Work Out

First Weigh-In: 1 of 52

Well, I didn’t go work out tonight like I planned - but as promised here is the first of what I hope to be 52 weigh-ins.

248.5 lbs. Actually less than what I thought it was going to be. So it looks like my goal is going to be 198.5 lbs by the end of the year. That number scares the hell out of me. Not sure I’ve weighed that little since middle school.

I’m not sure how perfect this scale is - but this is the scale and the number I am going with, so this is where the 50 lbs is going to be counted off of.

Check in each week (planning on Monday nights) for the weigh-ins and to track if I am going to achieve (or even come close) to my goal.
